No. The price you see is the final price: no VAT is added at checkout and none is contained inside it, because ARIA LABS S.R.L. is not registered for VAT, so there is no VAT line on the invoice. You pay exactly the amount displayed, and the invoice is made out to your company.
Yes, and you pay for 10 months instead of 12. Communication costs 4990 lei a year and Operations 7990 lei. A single payment for the subscription; the only thing that can be added is voice minutes beyond the ones included, at 1.50 lei per minute.

On WhatsApp, on every plan, the Free one included. On the phone, on a number of your own, from the Communication plan up. On email, from the Operations plan up.
The Communication and Operations plans each include 1,000 WhatsApp messages a month, and the Free plan has 300 answers a month, after which it stops. That number counts every message the business sends, whether Aria wrote it or a person on your team did. Meta gives you the same free thousand on your own WhatsApp number, and above it Meta charges about 0.13 RON a message, billed directly to your business and not through Aria. The messages you receive from customers are never charged by anyone.
Communication includes 500 voice minutes a month and Operations 800. Every minute used beyond them costs 1.50 lei, a final price, and appears on your next invoice. The Free plan has no voice, and Development has no minute ceiling.
