We built Aria because we needed more time for our own businesses.
When you run a business, the working day often carries on after you leave the office. You think about what is still left to sort out, you answer messages and you try to be there for your customers and your team. In the middle of all that, you also need time for the decisions that help the business grow.
For the founders, Ana Dogaru and Cristi Neagu, this had become part of every ordinary day. That is exactly why they started asking how they could make life easier, for themselves and for their staff.
Which repetitive tasks can we hand over, so that we cut the daily effort and win time for the rest of what the business needs from us?
And that is how Aria came about.
We started with a need we knew well: the conversations with customers.
Many questions repeat every day. Do you have rooms available? How much is it? Is breakfast included? Do you have parking? The information exists, but someone has to check it and answer, every single time.
To you, it may be one of dozens of messages in a day. To your customer, it is the answer they need to make their plans or come to a decision.
We built Aria to answer these questions using your business’s own information and the way you talk to your customers. In a hotel connected to its booking system, for example, Aria checks availability and the rate before she answers. When a situation needs a person, the team can take the conversation over.
Through Cortex, Aria also helps the team behind the business find information and working procedures more easily, from what the accounting department needs to what helps new staff understand what they have to do.
